Retrofitting an existing building can often be more cost-effective than building a new facility.
Retrofitting interventions including windows and doors substitution, façade and roof insulation,
multi-dimensional electric district storage to allow the realization of tenant specific electricity offers
will be implemented in private houses and historical buildings according to current energy consumption
and saving standards.
