City Coordinators Group: kick-off meeting

Cities are at the centre of all action and market solutions in the Smart Cities and Communities Lighthouse Group programme. This City Coordinators Group (CCG) has been established on demand of many of the Lighthouse Project Coordinators to have a space where to be connected with cities from other Lighthouse projects, to learn new innovative approaches and solutions, exchange best practices, to develop common guidelines to address common challenges, to use it to find partners for new projects and eventually to promote advocacy actions towards the European Commission.

The goal is to underpin the knowledge sharing among Smart cities, to facilitate the partnership-building for new projects and to share information about funding opportunities for actions aimed at the replication of SCC solutions.

Three guest Lighthouse Cities (Eindhoven, Valencia and Milan) will present innovative results of their Lighthouse projects and possible ideas and strategies to scale it up.
