MAtchUP will implement an ambitions staff exchange and city mentoring procedure.
All insights acquired during the project will be communicated to other cities of the consortium, cities participating in the Covenant of Mayors initiative and to the general public.
A strong capacity building activity will be deployed, composed by coaching and mentoring among policy-makers from lighthouse and follower cities and staff exchange to foster knowledge transferability.
